Hey everyone! It was awesome to see everyone out at the movie night, including some new faces!

Speaking of new faces, as we have had lots of new members join us this summer, I wanted to give a quick and dirty primer on the various rides we run, and encourage people to try a ride you haven’t before. Remember that the pace is a guideline. We set these guidelines so that if you’re in the pace ballpark, if you have a bad day or bad luck, you’ll never be alone, and we’ll make sure you get home. The specific paces will be shown on the strava event. A and B rides are present in our longer rides to help keep the groups more manageable and respecting everyone's needs. We have really tried to make sure there is a pace and distance for everyone.

  • Monday - Women’s Rides - These have a variable pace and are designed as an inclusive ride for women.

  • Monday - Women’s Tempo Rides - Training rides for women who have competitive aspirations or just want a tougher ride.

  • Tuesday - Intervals - Inclusive rides for all riders looking to level up their fitness and skill on a bike.

  • Wednesday - Urban Gravel Rides - These are more relaxed rides that explore our river valley. Gravel Bike recommended.

  • Thursday - Hills - Our most popular ride, this is an inclusive ride that lets you select the level of effort you want to put in, and a social hangout afterwards.

  • Friday - Velodrome Night - If you’re looking for some intensity or want to get into track racing, this is for you. No additional cost, and there are bikes for you to use! (bring pedals, and a saddle if you’re picky about that)

  • Weekends - Lite Rides - New to road riding? Start here! A friendly, inclusive ride with accessible speeds and distances.

  • Weekends - Tempo Rides - Looking for a workout? A ride with higher speeds, and longer distances.

  • Weekends -  Shootout Rides - Looking to sharpen your racing edge? Our fastest and most intense rides. Note: These rides don’t dilly dally!

  • Weekends -  Destination Gravel - Feeling Adventurous? These rides start at up to an hour out of town and occur on the roads less travelled. Gravel Bike Recommended.

  • Anytime - Social / Special Event Rides - Anything could happen! Always read the description.
