Emergency Response Plan Instructions for Volunteers.

All marshals and follow cars will be expected to carry a cell phone. If a crash or incident is noticed, Make your way over to the incident area when it is safe to do so. If ANYONE is not able to get back on their bike or has anything more than a scrape/road rash - you will call 911. Use the attached map to guide the operator to where you are. You will then call Aaron Paramedical - the ambulance on course. You will then call me. In that order. All the important numbers are listed at the end of this document. I would much rather have an ambulance on course that is not needed than to be late in getting one than it was. Do not hesitate to call it!
