Training
Come out and try some ERTC training rides. You can ride free for two weeks, then decide if the club offers what you are looking for.
The training philosophy of the ERTC is to have all training rides run at a pace that all members, from beginner to advanced, can ride at.

Tuesday Night Race Series
The Tuesday Night Race Series is exciting and fun training for riders of all levels.
Choose your ability based group and finish well, earning
points for prizes at the end of the race season.

| Wednesday |
Beginner road ride or off-road ride
Our group road skills ride, open to recreational riders and fit beginner riders,
starts at 6:00 PM at the Ardrossan Recreation Center
(80 - 1st Avenue, Ardrossan)
This 2 hour ride averages 25 to 30km per hour pace.
The ride is designed to give group riding skills and race knowledge to physically
fit riders, both new and experienced.
Our Wednesday off-road rides begin in May. Meet at 6:30 PM
at Revolution Cycle (15103 - Stony Plain Road) .
Wednesday off road rides are typically two hours long.

City hill circuit
The famous City Hill Circuit meets at 6:00 PM at
Hawrelak Park (200 metres west of park entrance)
Test your lung capacity on this 2 hour ride on the best hills the city of Edmonton has
to offer. Do it with some of the best hill climbers in Alberta! |
| Saturday |
Road ride or off-road ride
Meet at 10:00 AM (May - September) or 11:00 AM (April) on the east side of Humpty's Restaurant (9555 - Whyte Ave.)
On non-race weekends, this endurance road ride is 2 to 4 hours in length, and the pace is quite relaxed.
The off road ride is usually 2 hours and involves some technical riding skills.

Long road ride
Meet at 10:00 AM (May - September) or 11:00 AM (April) on the east side of Humpty's Restaurant (9555 - Whyte Ave.)
This long endurance ride is often over 3 hours.
The pace is moderate but the group usually sticks together.
