Running

Every Sunday, from April to August, the GCSC has organized group track running sessions. Corey provides runners with personalized training programs to help you reach your running goals. All runners, from beginner to advanced will benefit from having a personal coach. Beginners can learn to run while avoiding injury, intermediate runners can learn to get the most out of training time, and advanced runners can drop that extra 30 seconds from their minute per mile pace.

Running racing

The Great Canadian Sports Club offers running coaching and training programs.

Running is a sport where having a coach is critical. Running is a weight bearing sport where coaching experience can help you avoid injuries. Running training programs must be planned to a very fine level of detail to gradually increase the workloads. Proper coaching for a runner can make a significant difference.
